Run Clinic

Our Physio-Led Running Clinic has launched in our Raynes Park Clinic. This is designed for runners of all levels who want to improve their running, move better and reduce the risk of injury.

We will take you through a functional strength assessment and observe your running, to provide advise on how to improve running efficiency and performance. At the end of the session, we will provide a bespoke strength programme to include running drills designed to improve your overall running economy and performance and keep you injury free.

Back and neck pain

Back and neck pain are common ailments that can have a significant impact on your daily activities and training. At Podium Physiotherapy, we combine a hands on approach, to include soft tissue work, joint mobilisations and dry needling, with exercise prescription to alleviate your symptoms and restore function. Our aim is always to help you to self manage your symptoms and reduce the chance of a recurrent in symptoms.

Shoulder pain

Shoulder pain can be caused by a variety of factors, including muscle strains, tendinopathies, bursitis, or joint instability. The aim of physiotherapy is to restore full movement and function. Based on a thorough assessment, we will prescribe a bespoke rehabilitation programme specific for your individual needs. We can refer on for imaging and steroid injections as appropriate.
