SPECIALIST STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING ASSESSMENT

Our physio-led strength and conditioning assessment is designed to optimise performance and reduce injury risk for athletes across all sports and levels.

You will undergo a comprehensive assessment of:

  • Functional strength
  • Joint mobility and stability
  • Movement mechanics and biomechanics
  • Load tolerance and neuromuscular control
This helps us identify muscle imbalances, movement compensations, and biomechanical factors that may be limiting performance or increasing injury risk.

Why this is different to personal training:

While personal training focuses primarily on improving fitness and strength, our physiotherapy-led approach prioritises injury prevention, biomechanics, and long-term tissue resilience.

We assess how your body moves, how it tolerates load, and how previous injuries may still be influencing performance — ensuring you are not just stronger, but physically prepared for the demands of your sport or activity.
