I came to Jen whilst suffering with a bulging disc and various lower limb injuries, hoping to make the start line of an Ironman 4 months away. I immediately felt like she understood my body and what I needed to work on. With a holistic approach focusing on my strength, recovery and adapting training load I am now the strongest and most resilient I’ve ever been! I couldn’t recommend Podium Physiotherapy enough and wouldn’t be lining up at Ironman CPH in 2 weeks if it wasn’t for Jen!

After picking up a few small injuries over the last year or so related to running volume and general lack of robustness, I chatted with Jen at Podium about her Virtual Run Clinic. Firstly we looked at my strength in different areas, then my running to see where specifically we needed to strengthen to improve my running efficiency, but more importantly that robustness I was lacking. Jen explained everything to me, from the exercises to the way they will influence my running. This was all condensed into an information pack so I can always refer back and utilise the information in the future. The strength training has been really successful so far and I have noticed the difference in seeing my endurance go up in the gym, but also experiencing less fatigue on the run and bike. Highly recommend Jen and the team at Podium .

I had an online consultation with Rose and found it excellent. She was thorough, knowledgeable and I didn’t feel the online call created any barriers to her getting to the bottom of what was going on. It was also really reassuring to speak to someone who is an endurance athlete herself and genuinely understands what normal training looks like, rather than immediately assuming that any discomfort means you need to stop. I came away with a much clearer understanding of the issue and a practical plan for moving forward. I would highly recommend Podium Physiotherapy.

Rose has been incredible in helping me through a hamstring tendon issue. I am a triathlete and she has very tactical advice while keeping my training goals in mind. I have appreciated her ability to fit me in on short notice and provide thorough help virtually. I highly recommend Rose and Podium Physiotherapy. Extremely grateful for their expertise and support keeping me strong, healthy, and ready to compete.

I came to see Jen at Raynes Park for a strength analysis and review of my overall performance as a runner (currently training for my 3rd marathon). Jen’s knowledge and expertise is apparent, her background as a physio evident in how she analyzed each element of my physical strength, mobility and form. I am very excited to be continuing my training under her expert guidance, and only two weeks in can already see improvements in my running! Could not recommend Podium Physiotherapy more if you are an athlete looking to progress 🤩

Podium Physiotherapy were incredibly helpful in guiding my return to running after MRI scans revealed arthritic changes in my knees and the need to reduce running impact. They developed a treadmill-based uphill running plan for me, which has worked really well. Thanks to their expert advice and tailored approach, I’ve been able to continue running safely and confidently. I would highly recommend Podium Physiotherapy to anyone looking for knowledgeable, practical support in managing injuries and staying active

I have been visiting Jen at Podium Physiotherapy (Raynes Park) for the past couple of months for both physio and their run clinic, and I cannot recommend them enough! Jen is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me get back on track with my running after a knee injury. She really knows her stuff and tailors everything to your specific recovery goals. The clinic is also a minute's walk from Raynes Park station and has parking outside which is super handy. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone recovering from an injury or looking to improve their running form. Thank you, Jen!
