Highly experienced physiotherapist with extensive experience in the management of upper and lower limb injuries to include tendinopathies, stress fractures, knee and ankle injuries and return to sport following injury. Rose has a specialist interest in the management of tendon injuries and stress fractures. Rose believes that having a good understanding of your injury and the underlying factors that contributed to the injury are fundamental in ensuring long term self-management.

Rose has extensive experience working in both the private and NHS sector. She is able to refer on for imaging as required and discuss imaging results with you. As a runner herself, she can provide specialist advice on running gait and running shoe selection. She is a coached athlete competing in middle distance running events from 5km – half marathons.

Jen

Highly experienced physiotherapist with a wealth of experience in treating a wide range of upper and lower limb injuries. Jen has a specialist interest in helping rehabilitate clients back into their chosen sport. She has worked closely with orthopaedic teams providing pre and post operative rehabilitation. Jen is able to refer on for imaging as required and can discuss imaging results with you.

Jen is a competitive triathlete and has secured several podium finishes in middle distance triathlon. She firmly believes ‘knowledge is power’ and that understanding the underlying cause of your injury is key to help prevent further injuries. Jen has a particular interest in the management of hip and knee injuries and tendinopathy rehab. She is acupuncture trained and can offer dry needling as an adjunct to your physiotherapy treatment.
