We cater for all abilities with the aim of providing a social and supportive environment for all runners.
Sessions will vary from easy and steady runs, tempo intervals and threshold sessions.
We understand the importance of feeling that you can integrate within the running community even when injured and therefore where able we can provide advise on how any of our sessions can be adapted around running niggles you may be experiencing.
